Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Mother Nourish Nurture offers selected products with a payment plan (instalment billing) option.

By selecting a payment plan at checkout, you authorise recurring instalment charges in accordance with the payment schedule displayed and agree to the terms below.
Instalment payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

 

Payment Plans (Instalment Billing)

If you purchase a product using a payment plan:

• You are committing to complete all scheduled instalment payments.

• Access to the digital product is provided immediately upon successful payment of the first instalment.

• Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned or revoked once accessed, payment plans cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, mistaken purchase, non-use, or financial circumstances.

• Cancelling or disabling the payment method does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.

• Missed or failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.

Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection laws. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy as required by law.
