Shipping policy

All print orders are processed and shipped directly to you. If your order contains different types of products, these may be fulfilled at different facilities and arrive separately.

At checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery timeframe. We always work to meet these estimates, but they are not guaranteed.

To help keep delivery affordable, we usually use standard non-tracked shipping. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control. We can’t accept responsibility for delays or loss in transit, though of course your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

For international orders, customs and duties are handled wherever possible. In countries where Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) isn’t available, the customer is responsible for any import clearance or duties.

Please note that our prints are made to order and tailored for you. Because of this, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed.

Shipping FAQs

My order shows as “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived: Sometimes packages are left in a safe place or with neighbours. Please check around your property and with your local postal service. If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your order, we’re unable to issue a refund or free replacement. We’re happy to help you reorder if needed.

My order was returned to sender: This usually happens when an address is incorrect or incomplete (for example, an apartment number is missing). Please double-check your address carefully before placing your order. If your order is returned to us, you’ll need to place a new order with the correct details. Shipping costs for resending will apply, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
