What’s the difference between a virtual consult and a support bundle?
A virtual consult is a one-off, 60-minute session where you’ll receive personalised guidance based on your child’s needs. The support bundle includes this consultplusone month of flexible, on-demand email support—perfect for families navigating bigger transitions or needing support in real time.
Can I start with a consult and upgrade later?
Yes! If you book a consult and later decide you’d like ongoing support, you can upgrade to the full bundle at any time. We’ve created this option to give you flexibility as your needs evolve.
Can I work directly with Louise?
Louise offers a limited number of premium support packages for families seeking the most personalised care. This includes a consult plus access to any additional resources that will support your journey. If spaces are full, you’re warmly encouraged to work with Katie or Chelsea—both of whom are highly trained, compassionate, and deeply aligned with Louise’s approach.
What kind of challenges can I get support with?
We support families through a wide range of sleep, feeding, and developmental needs—like night waking, early rising, nap transitions, weaning, bedtime resistance, and more. If you’re unsure whether your concern is the right fit, feel free to reach out before booking.
Will I be given a strict routine or sleep training plan?
No. Every support option is rooted in gentle, responsive care. We’ll never ask you to ignore your baby’s cues or follow a rigid schedule. Instead, you’ll receive developmentally respectful strategies that prioritise connection, wellbeing, and realistic outcomes.
