Refund policy

Mother Nourish Nurture sells digital items such as eBooks, online courses, and virtual consultations. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or mistaken purchases.

When you purchase a digital product from our store, you receive immediate access via download link or login credentials. As such, our digital products cannot be revoked, and therefore refunds are not available.

We always comply in full with the Australian Consumer Law, and any other applicable consumer protection laws.

If you have any issues accessing your digital product, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Physical Products

Prints are packed carefully, but if something goes wrong in transit, we'll make it right. If your print arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as required under the Australian Consumer Law. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect delivery address entry, or if you simply no longer want the item.
