What We're All About
Gentle, science-backed support for sleep, feeding, and development—built on connection, trust, and a deep respect for every family’s unique journey.
Support that’s gentle, grounded in science, and centred on connection
Why We Do What We Do
Mother Nourish Nurture was born from a deep frustration with the “one-size-fits-all” advice so many families are given—sleep training scripts, rigid schedules, and pressure that often overlooks what babies actually need.
We saw families doing their best—navigating exhaustion, second-guessing themselves, and being told they needed to change their baby instead of trusting their instincts. We knew there had to be another way.
So we built it.
Here, support looks different. It's responsive, developmentally appropriate, backed by science, and shaped by real life. Whether you’re navigating sleep, feeding, or a big transition, our goal is to provide support that's both safe and effective.

Our Approach
At Mother Nourish Nurture, we believe that support should feel as safe as it is effective. That means no sleep training, no strict routines, and no pressure to change your baby—only guidance that respects development, protects attachment, and honours the unique dynamic of your family.
Our approach is rooted in:
- Pediatric sleep science
- Attachment and infant mental health
- Feeding and development expertise
- Real-life experience
We know every family is different, and every child is unique. That’s why everything we offer is designed to be adaptable, compassionate, and truly evidence-informed—so you can feel confident in the path you're taking, and supported every step of the way.
"This has been the gentlest approach to the early years that I could imagine. As a psych, I love that everything shared is attachment-based."

Meet Louise
Louise is a Pediatric Sleep and Development Specialist, Perinatal and Infant Mental Health (P-IMH) Specialist, and Feeding Consultant, with a background in neuroprotective developmental care.
A member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, Louise qualified in Sleep Science at the University of Western Australia, and was awarded her infant feeding certification via the Interstate Postgraduate Medical Board. She gained her Perinatal and Infant Mental Health credentials at Warwick Medical School and has since expanded her practice internationally—as founder of Mother Nourish Nurture and director at the Clinical Development Institute.
Changing the lanscape for Pediatric Sleep
Through Mother Nourish Nurture, Louise has supported over 400,000 families around the world with evidence-based, emotionally safe resources that centre connection and developmental respect.
She also leads the Paediatric Sleep and Development (PSAD) Certification, equipping professionals to provide truly responsive, research-led care.
With two children of her own, Louise understands the beauty, intensity, and vulnerability of the early years, and her mission is simple:
To ensure that every family—and every practitioner—has access to support that is safe, accredited, and grounded in both science and compassion.
