Night Weaning Group Support
Night Weaning Group Support is a four-week live program, led by Pediatric Sleep and Development Specialist, Chiara.
Each week you'll join a small group of moms for a one-hour live call, where you'll be guided through the night weaning process in a way that's biology-led, attachment-informed, and truly safe.
You'll move through it together, with time to ask questions and be supported by tailored guidance. That's the beauty of a small group - there's both community and personalised support.
Depending on your timezone, there are two groups to choose between.
We have one that runs on Mondays, and one on Tuesdays, starting June 1st:

Why Choose Group Support?
One-to-one support is powerful. But there is something that happens in a small, supported group that you simply cannot replicate alone.
When another mama asks the question you were too tired to put into words, you both get the answer. When someone shares that their baby had a hard night too, the process stops feeling like something you're doing wrong and starts feeling like something that's just hard — and normal, and survivable. The shared experience of night weaning, held gently in a small group, is its own kind of nourishment.
This is not a webinar. It is not a course with modules. It is a live, small-group experience with a specialist who knows your name and your baby's situation — and four weeks of real, responsive guidance for a fraction of the investment of private support.
These families used the Weaning Gently guide included in this program.
This is for you if...
✔️ You're ready to reduce or remove night feeds but aren't sure where to start
✔️ You want guidance that is gentle, biology-led, and never suggests leaving your baby to cry
✔️ You'd love specialist support at a more accessible investment than private 1:1
✔️ You want to feel less alone in the process
We begin in June, and spaces are limited, so be sure to book your space if you'd love to get started!
