About this tool

The MNN Content Publisher is a first-party internal tool, with no third-party end users. It is used exclusively by the Mother Nourish Nurture content team to manage our own Pinterest Business account. It is not a product offered to other businesses or external users.

What it does

• Publishes pins to our own Pinterest Business boards from a pre-prepared content file containing the image, title, description and destination URL for each pin.
• Reads our own boards and pins to confirm successful publishing and avoid duplicates.

Pinterest API scopes requested

• pins:read — read pins on our own account, to confirm successful publishing and avoid duplicates.
• pins:write — publish new pins to our own Pinterest Business boards.
• boards:read — identify and select the correct board for each pin.

Who uses it

This tool is used exclusively by our small in-house content team. It runs locally on team members' machines and authenticates only with our own Pinterest Business account using OAuth. There are no third-party users.

Data handling

The tool does not collect, store, or transmit any third-party end-user data. No Pinterest data is shared with or sold to external parties. All API usage complies with Pinterest's Developer Guidelines, Developer & API Terms of Service, and rate limits.
