This course is here to support your journey - whether it's continuing night feeds or setting limits - it explores the biology behind why babies feed during the night, and offers attachment-rooted guidance for how to reduce or remove those feeds when the time feels right for you.

Gentle, practical strategies to help your toddler sleep well
I haven't even finished the course yet but it’s made a huge difference already. Learning specific words to say and adjusting our routine to be more flexible have made things so much smoother and less stressful. My 4-year old is no longer screaming and crying when I leave her room (I felt like the worst mum when that happened), and my 2-year old is starting to test boundaries but I have a lot more confidence in calming her enough to sleep. Would definitely recommend this course if, like me, you’re looking for something that will help without leaving them to cry!

There's honestly so much biology associated with a toddlers sleep which I wasn't aware of so it's good to have gained that knowledge. My toddler is over 2.5 years and yet nurses to sleep. I don't know how this will help him, but hopefully it will make any impact on the betterment of his sleep because he is starting to have darker under eyes that worries me as he wakes constantly at nights. But looking forward to how things will go. And really praying so hard for him to use other techniques to soothe himself
